want a good laugh?

okay so, when we first took Pungo to the vet, they gave us a toothbrush and toothpaste (for the Dog!)...which i laughed at and put away in the closet. Well....Lately i have noticed that his breath is worse than normal and he has a lot of tarter on his bigger teeth, and seeing as how having to clean your dog's teeth as a vet costs a small fortune, i decided to try the tooth brush idea. What a riot! I wish we would have had a video camera...Both nathanael and i were laughing so hard we couldn't talk. 'thananel was trying to open pungo's mouth while i brushed his teeth, but Pungo didn't get the message....he just kept eating the toothpaste off of the toothbrush before i could really even get to his teeth.... eventually we gave up and he still has yucky teeth and bad breath! i think next time we try, we will set up a video first!

the faith of a child

the adorable boy in this picture is our nephew Micah. He called Nathanael on Monday night to tell him that he had accepted Jesus as his saviour :)! and just wanted to call to tell him. It was such a great reminder of God's grace and the excitement at comes with new child-like faith :)

just because

i am hoping that this works......these pictures are just because...becuase they are beautiful and because i figured out how to do this today and i'm excited that i got it to work so i wanted to post some picts. I just love picutres of God's beautiful creation...no man-made elements...breathtaking!
